Refund & Cancellation Policy
How cancellations and refunds work for your Reap SmartERP subscription.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions to the Reap SmartERP platform provided by REAPSMART PRIVATE LIMITED, registered office at 0-1-18, 1st Street, Rajagopala Puram, Near Ramalayam Temple, Naidupet, Andhra Pradesh – 500016. Please read it together with our Terms of Use.
1Free demo & evaluation
We offer a free, no-obligation product demo and evaluation period so you can assess whether Reap SmartERP fits your business before you pay. We encourage you to evaluate the Services thoroughly during this period, as it is the best way to confirm suitability.
2Subscription cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account or by emailing us at support@reapsmart.in.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current paid billing period.
- We do not automatically delete your data upon cancellation. You may request an export or deletion of your data within a reasonable period after cancellation.
3Refunds
- Monthly plans: monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced, as access to the Services is provided for that period.
- Annual plans: if you cancel within seven (7) days of a new annual purchase or renewal and have not made substantial use of the Services during that period, you may request a refund of the annual fee. After seven (7) days, annual fees are non-refundable, though you retain access until the end of the term.
- Add-on modules, usage-based charges already consumed, implementation or onboarding services, and applicable taxes are non-refundable.
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods or for downgrades made mid-cycle.
4How to request a refund
Email support@reapsmart.in from your registered email address with your account/company name, invoice reference and the reason for the request. We may ask for additional details to verify ownership of the account.
5Processing of approved refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
6Failed or duplicate payments
If you are charged in error or a duplicate payment is made, please contact us promptly and we will verify and refund any genuine duplicate or erroneous charge.
7Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions above, or where there is evidence of abuse, fraud or violation of our Terms of Use.
